Leviathan Food is a project in collaboration with writer and photojournalist James Gabriel Martin. The project and blog focuses on recipe development and food writing which I have paired with a visual narrative alongside James’ photography through creative direction and bespoke recipe cards.

Leviathan was nominated for Best Irish Food Social Media Award 2022 by the Irish Food Writing Awards.
